Overcast Innovations is expanding its ability to deliver the future of integrated building solutions by breaking ground on a new manufacturing facility located in Spokane, WA.

The newly constructed Overcast Innovations area will allow for greater control of manufacturing aspects and workforce needs. With the greater size of the new manufacturing space, Overcast is slated to up its capacity and workforce, engaging with the Spokane community to continue to produce innovative building technologies while creating more job opportunities.

“We’re really excited for this move,” said Robb Andrade, Director of Operations for Overcast Innovations, “since the space is bespoke, larger, and dedicated, Overcast will have the ability to triple our production capacity, streamline our production process, and double the amount of local labor we can employ.”

Overcast Innovations Cloud and Spline systems are aimed at moving building technologies towards an innovative future while addressing growing waste and cost crises that have affected the construction industry and surrounding communities. Overcast works closely with clients to make sure all the needs and goals for their facilities are met and systems can be seen in current facilities including The Catalyst Building and University of Washington Milgard Hall.

Construction on the new facility has already begun with operation slated to begin in late 2023.
